Stan the Man presents a talk on coin collecting today, with all the new issues from the U.S. Mint and how they are grading the coin boxes vs. the coins, with higher value placed on the boxed sets.
He also mentioned how half of the collecting public prefers slabbed new issues with high MS68 to MS70 Certifications.
Then there are those who are looking for new varieties of common coins.

Gold Coast Coin Club meetings are well attended by the same members and officers who help setup the Sunday shows too. Several are active dealers who bring material to the club meeting to sell and trade. Members pass around interesting coins with a story for Show N Tell.
